ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNANCE

| Each Town has its own school board. The Superintendent is the educational leader of all the towns. He/she works directly with each board and makes recommendations on such items as policies, procedure, capital improvement, etc. for the board to take action. The board has its authority only when in official board meetings. |
|
Each school’s principal works closely with the superintendent in apprising him/her on the significant developments within the school. The principal works side by side with the school faculty in assuring a quality climate for learning.
|
|
Teachers are the key ingredients in both the memories and achievements students gain from school. On occasion parents might question a teacher. This necessitates that the parent contacts the teacher immediately to resolve the issue. If both parent and teacher cannot solve the issue then the principal needs to be brought in to facilitate a solution.
